Gerilynn Berg, Ed.M.

With over 30 years in learning and development, I’m passionate about helping leaders and teams build the skills and mindset they need to thrive and succeed. As the founder of A Look Inside Solutions, I specialize in leadership development, one-on-one coaching, facilitation, behavioral interviewing, presentation skills, and custom learning experiences—all designed to create meaningful impact.
I’ve partnered with organizations of all sizes—from global brands like Microsoft, Qualcomm, Cisco, Disney, Starbucks, and Merck to smaller companies focused on elevating their leadership and talent practices. My work encompasses a variety of industries, including technology, biopharmaceuticals, construction and real estate development, entertainment, hospitality, and education—giving me a broad perspective on how leaders learn, grow, and succeed.
I began my career in executive search with Korn Ferry International and New World Pictures before becoming a Master Trainer and Coach with Development Dimensions International. Over the years, I’ve led my own consulting business, partnering with renowned organizations such as Korn Ferry, AchieveGlobal, Omega Performance, and Peck Training Group to drive leadership development and organizational impact.
Education
I earned a Master's in Education from Harvard University and a B.A. from UCLA.
I hold certifications in ROI Coaching, Synchronous Training for Leading Webinars, and NYU Online for Corporate Instructors.

Outside of work, I'm a competitive bodybuilder and salsa dance performer.
