Gerilynn Berg, Ed.M. Master Facilitator & Executive Coach Gerilynn is a dynamic, accomplished and results-oriented management performance consultant who specializes in professional development including leadership training, online and in-person facilitation, presentation skills training and coaching, behavioral interviewing training, executive coaching, and course design. With in-depth business acumen and over 30 years experience, she has motivated and inspired people at all organizational levels to apply new skills, change behavior and increase business results. Gerilynn has implemented extensive training, train-the-trainer workshops and coaching for Fortune 500 clients in the United States, India, Spain, Germany, England, Chile, Venezuela, Mexico and Thailand. Her clients have included Qualcomm, Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Motorola, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Raytheon, SAIC, Northrup Grumman, Citibank, Epson, Canon USA, NBC, Disney, Starbucks, Allergan, Merck, Pfizer, Toyota, Amway, Westfield, 24 Hour Fitness and Stanford University. As a proven master facilitator, she has coached, trained and instructed thousands of leaders to conduct leadership training for their various organizations. After completing her master’s degree at Harvard University, she started her career as an Executive Search Consultant for Korn Ferry International and New World Pictures prior to transitioning into becoming a master trainer and coach for Development Dimensions International, and a consultant for Korn Ferry, Achieve Global, Omega Performance and Peck Training Group. She has earned further designations in coaching and training such as a Certification in ROI Coach Training, a Certification as a Synchronous Training Professional in Leading Webinars, TOUCH-nology Certification in Leading Interactive Webinars and completion of the NYU Workshop for Online Corporate Instructors. In addition to her Master of Education from Harvard University, Gerilynn holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, having achieved both Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa distinctions.
